Victor Andres Manhit is the president of the Albert Del Rosario Institute (ADRi), an independent international and strategic research organization focused on issues of importance to the Philippines and East Asia. He is concurrently the managing director of the Stratbase Group, an advisory and research consultancy group. A longtime professor of political science, his expertise spans political and governance reforms, and related topics in the Philippines.
