Dr. Ma. Carmen Ablan Lagman is currently a full-professor at the Biology Department of De La Salle University. She serves as a resource for international and local working groups, conferences, and think tanks on fisheries and transboundary resources in the South China Sea. She has led a project among scientists that looked into connectivity of coral reef associated species.
